Staff Communication

We do the investigation work on staff recognition and satisfaction to all staff regularly every year to understand the recognition from the staff in each department towards quality policy, department goal and management; also the comments and expectations about the company, which might be the base for the company to make adjustment. We always emphasize a lot on the staff’s suggestions, and like to provide the space for all staff to develop their skills. Any staff might make response about opinions of individual rights, benefits, management and working environments to the company, the response routes include direct-rank managers and Management Department. The staff might express their own thoughts and suggestions through regular or irregular seminars.
